  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain hygienic products such as stockings, tights, bodysuits, bodystockings, catsuits, lingerie, swimwear, monokinis, and latex items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Additionally, sale and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds & Exchanges: We will process your return or exchange and issue a refund or store credit within 30 days after receiving the returned items. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, you may exchange items as often as needed, though you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both the return and the new item.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is issued as a digital coupon and can be used for future purchases.
