Return & Exchange Policy

At Savvy District, your happiness is our priority! If you need to return or exchange an item, our policy is designed to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.


Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why you have 14 days from receiving your items to return them under the "Buy Remotely" law. Here’s how it works:

  1. Notify us by email within the 14-day cooling-off period to start the return process.
  2. Our team will guide you through the steps before you send the item(s) back.
  3. Ship the item(s) in their original, undamaged packaging to the return address provided below.

Please note:

  • Certain hygienic products—such as stockings, tights, lingerie, swimwear, latex (datex), and similar items—cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased in the “Sale” or “Discounted” section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The restocking-fee is 1% of your total return value.

Exchanges

Looking for a different size or style? We’ve got you covered!

  • You can exchange items as often as needed, but shipping costs for both returning the original item and sending the new one will be your responsibility.
  • If your preferred size or style isn’t available, you can opt for Store Credit (a digital coupon for the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee, which is non-refundable).

We aim to make every exchange smooth and easy!


Refunds

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds are typically completed within 30 days of us receiving your return.

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • If an item doesn’t meet our return policy, we’ll ship it back to you after you cover the additional return shipping costs.

Warranty

If your item has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it with a brand-new one. For other concerns, we’ll do our best to find a satisfactory solution tailored to your needs.
